We deliver practical cost effective legal advice. Our clients include companies of all sizes. We represent a financial institution, businesses and individuals requiring specialist commercial advice. Our rates are extremely competitive compared to the rates charged by other commercial law firms.
Our hourly rates are fixed at $240 to $420 per hour depending on the complexity of the case. For complex commercial litigation our hourly rates are highly competitive compared to other litigation firms. Our rates are generally 20% lower than most Commercial Litigation Law Firms.
The Cost of Civil Litigation
The most difficult issue to nail in civil litigation is its cost.
We provide fixed prices for letters of advice, letters of demand, summonses, bankruptcy notices and winding up applications.
Not many Western Australian Law Firms explain their hourly rates up front in their websites. A large problem in litigation is over servicing by lawyers. We have experienced law clerks who can complete many tasks under supervision at a significantly lower cost. Having too many staff working on files can cause over servicing and over-charging.
Cost effectiveness in Commercial Litigation arises from specialisation. Best practice dictates there must be prompt assessment of tasks and having the right staff do them. Things must be done once and done correctly. Many litigation tasks can and should be done by specialised law clerks at lower hourly rates than lawyers.

Not All Law Firms Are The Same
