Nafkot holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Philosophy from The University of Notre Dame Australia and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in October 2024.
Prior to joining Ahern Sierakowski in February 2025, Nafkot worked as an associate at the Family Court of Western Australia, gaining valuable experience assisting Judicial Officers with complex parenting and financial matters.
Since joining Ahern Sierakowski, Nafkot has primarily practised in Family Law. Nafkot is known for a forthright yet reassuring approach, supporting clients to achieve the most practical and beneficial resolution to their matters.
Nafkot is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia, the Law Society of Western Australia, and Women Lawyers of Western Australia.
